Getting to the venue couldn’t be easier thanks to the city’s public transportation network. Vienna is the best connected city in the world by train. Also traveling from the airport to the Austria Center Vienna takes just half an hour, and it’s only seven minutes from the venue to Stephansplatz in the heart of the city centre. Drivers can also reach us easily thanks to our proximity to the A22 moto

Public transport-Only 7 minutes from the city center

Vienna has a comprehensive, fully-integrated public transport network consisting of five underground lines, 28 tram routes and more than 100 bus routes. Waiting times are very short – and as little as just 3-5 minutes at peak times. It takes just seven minutes to reach Stephansplatz from the Austria Center Vienna on the U1. BARRIER FREE-Barrier-free access at the ACV

Two new elevator groups will assist you for barrier-free access from parking deck P1 and P2. Wheelchair parking is available in parking deck P2. A guide system for the blind leads from the forecourt to the information desk. All levels are equipped with WCs suitable for the disabled.

Travelling by train-Well accessible by public

Vienna has excellent train connections to all major European cities, especially with night trains. From the train stations you can easily reach us by public transport: Vienna Central Station (subway line U1 - in 20 minutes without changing), West Station (subway line U3 and U6) and Praterstern (subway line U1).

Arriving by car-Arrive relaxed

Austria has an excellent motorway and road network. To get to the Austria Center Vienna by car, take the A22 motorway and turn off at the Austria Center Vienna/VIC (Vienna International Center) exit. Alternatively, take the Reichsbrücke bridge or approach from Wagramer Strasse. There is ample private on-site parking in our garage.

How to reach us

Arriving by plane-Perfect landing

You can choose between the following transfer options when travelling from the airport: The non-stop City Airport Train (CAT) service will take you to the centre of Vienna in 16 minutes, and it only takes 30 minutes on the standard rail service. The airport express bus takes around 30 minutes to reach the Austria Center Vienna. You can also reach us by taxi in 25 minutes.
