We were the first major European congress centre to offer free childcare during our large congresses. With fully-trained staff offering a multilingual programme tailored to various age groups, you can rest assured that the congress will be one of the highlights of the year for your children too!

-Child care at your event
- Up to 6 months before the congress starts: Notification of childcare requirements
- 30 days before the congress starts: Binding confirmation of childcare requirement, for quotation
- Return of completed form to the Austria Center Vienna and/or childcare partner
- Taking room sizes into account when planning space requirements (4-5 m² per child) in consultation with project manager
- Professional, multilingual childcare for children aged 3 – 14 years
- Child-friendly spaces located in the immediate vicinity of the main congress spaces
- Accident/third party insurance for all children registered for childcare at least three working days before the start of the event
- ≤5,000 participants/day: ≤ 12 children/day
- 5,001-10,000 participants: ≤ 18 children/day
- 10,001-20,000 participants: ≤ 24 children/day
- From 20,001 participants/day: ≤ 30 children/day
- Day one of the congress: 2:30-4:30pm
- During the conference: 10am-12:30pm and 2:30-4:30pm
- There is no childcare service on the last day of your congress
- Childcare for children under the age of three and/or one-on-one care
- Extended opening hours outside the standard times covered by IAKW-AG
- Catering for children (snack/lunch) from catering partner MOTTO
- Trips, museum visits, leisure attractions
