The international outbreak of the corona epidemic and the associated event restrictions represent an absolute exceptional situation for the entire meeting industry. We expect that almost all of the events planned for March and April cannot take place at our venue.

Right now, everyone involved is becoming aware of the major economic effects of large international congresses for the location and many local companies. Therefore, we do everything possible within our sphere of influence in order to keep the damage for organizers and all participating companies as low as possible by means of postponements.

In addition, it is of course very important to us to make our contribution to reducing the spread of the corona virus based on the current recommendations. Our company has stopped all business trips until further notice, and our employees minimize the risk of infection from colleagues, customers and partners by reducing direct contact (e.g. through video conferencing, teleworking, etc.) in combination with regular hand disinfection and hand washing..
